of eighteen songs covering classics as diverse as Gordon Lightfoot’s
"For Lovin’ Me" and The Rolling Stone’s
"Last Time". The album rapidly became world famous
on Waiheke, selling more than 400 copies in the next 5 years.
The band’s reputation for versatility and entertainment
was made. With regular bookings for parties, weddings and corporate
functions, The Red Herrings continue to be Waiheke Island’s
most in demand band.
